He leads the Lending Relationship and Lending Operations teams in London and Manchester, holding a key role on the Executive Committee. Conor's commitment to the SME sector, extends to his free time where he actively serves as a Trustee for a higher-level institute in the Healthcare space.

Savvas is a Relationship Manager with over 20 years of experience in lending, origination, and credit. He initiated his career at the Bank of Cyprus, where he mastered the fundamentals of sound lending and customer-centric relationship management. Savvas subsequently transitioned to Relationship roles at Bank of Scotland, Lloyds, and Metro Bank. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in establishing a robust loan book from the ground up at Monument.Savvas is a Relationship Manager with over 20 years of experience in lending, origination, and credit. Edwin brings to the table more than 16 years of extensive experience in commercial and corporate banking. Throughout his career, he has provided valuable support to numerous SMEs and mid-market trading businesses spanning various sectors. Notably, at his previous bank, Edwin played a pivotal role in the development and establishment of their new lending proposition, specializing in catering to the unique needs of real estate investors. He has worked in a range of roles across operations, credit risk and relationship management teams, with customer solutions and experience always at the forefront.

With a career spanning more than 15 years across commercial banking in both frontline and strategic head office roles, Kevin spearheads the management as the Lending Products and Propositions Manager. He is responsible for the continuous development of our lending products, processes, services and IT platforms, ensuring the best-in-class service and product offering for our customers.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, Darren has expert knowledge of the local geography, being a born and bred Manchester man, and has unparalleled expertise in providing tailored lending solutions for investment property specialist SMEs to meet the individual needs of the modern customer.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking, specialising in SME customers investing in real estate and property. Having worked for a number of different lenders & banks in the UK and abroad, Michael applies a dedicated and customer-centric approach, thereby achieving the best individual and tailored lending solutions to meet customer needs.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial banking, working for both global banks and new start-up challenger banks and lenders alike, Amarron is an expert in providing individually tailored lending solutions to his customers. With a specialism for trading businesses, Amarron understands each borrower and is a real advocate for customers looking for bespoke financing solutions that match their needs.

Sue has more than 16 years in corporate and commercial banking, most recently with several new challenger banks, providing specialist and tailored service. Sue plays a vital role in supporting our lending teams and delivering best-in-class service to our customers. She is our lending process & procedure subject matter expert, driving the continuous development and improvement of our services.
